After owning her own businesses, the bright lights of London got the better of Charlotte and her career in recruitment started back in 2010, having started work as a business support manager for a global recruitment firm in the city, she soon worked her way up the ladder and ran a successful team.
Charlotte is mad enough to be one of the longest standing Winstanley Associates employees and has watched the business grow, now in charge of delivery, Charlotte manages a team of experienced delivery consultants across Technology, Engineering & Sales & Marketing.
Not one to give herself praise, outside of work you will find Charlotte making the world a better place, there aren’t many “Charlotte’s” in this world and we are very lucky to have her in our team.
A doting mother, wife and all round good at everything she puts her mind to kind of person!
