Edwards recruitment career started the same day as our MDs, they both joined the same company as rookies and spent a few years competing. Edward ran his own search & selection firm for 7 years before he took the leap and joined Winstanley Associates.
Having a search background, dating back to early 2000 he has built up a sound network within the Technology vertical, Edward thrives on being the best he can be & this shows in his career, having built some of he best tech teams in the industry.
Outside of work Edward is a mad sportsman, he prides himself on being a middle aged man capable of running most youngsters off the football pitch.
